This FR winterliner’s upper shell is made of a 6 oz. 100% Flame Resistant Cotton Twill: ATPV = 21 cal/cm², NFPA 70E. The lower part 18 oz. Modacrylic/Cotton/Spandex Soft Rib Knit: ATPV = 28.6 cal/cm²,NFPA 70E. Other features include Nomex® zipper and thread, warming packets, zipper on/off bottom, button closure and is flame resistant for up to 50 washings. Meets ASTM F1506.
